  • Discord User Data: User ID, username, discriminator, avatar, and server list
  • Server Data: Server IDs, names, roles, and channels for servers where you have management permissions
  • Application Data: Tribe and ally application submissions, including answers and timestamps
  • Configuration Data: Bot settings, audit log preferences, and system configurations you set via the dashboard

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Authenticate you and provide access to the dashboard
  • Display and manage your server settings
  • Process tribe and ally applications
  • Provide audit logging functionality
  • Generate and manage your API key and subscriber account
  • Send verification codes for API key resets

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in MongoDB databases. API keys are generated using cryptographically secure random number generators. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data is only shared with:

  • Discord: Through the Discord API for bot functionality
  • MongoDB Atlas: For data storage (encrypted at rest and in transit)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (including your API key, subscriber profile, and configurations) will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data via the dashboard
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Revoke Discord OAuth2 access at any time through your Discord account settings
  • Reset your API key through the secure verification process

We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes. These cookies are essential for the dashboard to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

Dr. Rex is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
