How do I add Dr. Rex to my server?

Click the "Login with Discord" button and authorize the bot. Then select your server from the dashboard to start configuring.

How do I set up tribe applications?

Go to your server's dashboard, configure the application channels and roles in the "Tribe Application" panel, then use /application post in Discord to post the apply button.

Can I use Dr. Rex on multiple servers?

Yes! With a Premium subscription, you can use Dr. Rex on unlimited servers. Each server has its own independent configuration.

How do I reset my API key?

Go to your dashboard, click "Reset Key" in the API Key panel. A verification code will be sent to your Discord DMs. Enter the code to generate a new key.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Your bot will revert to the free tier at the end of your billing period. No data is deleted — you can re-subscribe anytime to restore your settings.

My DMs aren't working for verification codes

Make sure your Discord privacy settings allow DMs from server members. The bot needs to be able to send you a direct message. If issues persist, contact support via Discord or email.
