1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dr. Rex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dr. Rex is a Discord bot and web dashboard designed for Ark tribe management. The Service provides features including but not limited to: tribe applications, ally applications, audit logging, egg request ticketing, blacklist management, and API key generation.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth2. By doing so, you grant us access to your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and server list. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Share, sell, or redistribute your API key to unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

6. API Keys

API keys are provided for integration purposes and are tied to your account. You are solely responsible for the security and use of your API key. Dr. Rex is not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your API key.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord or email.
